Hi people, I have a good story to tell about these guys at Bob's TV Service. I want to mention first though, that I really respect their honesty and integrity. They could have made me bring in a faulty TV and charged me a fee, even though it was likely that I would spend more than I would be reimbursed for from the warranty company. The situation... 3 different warranties and 3 different times periods covered and 3 different ways to get service. By the time I got Bob's TV Service on the phone I was at #3. We (Bob's TV Service and me) talked out the issue and the ways in which we could try to get the TV repaired and the gentleman convinced me to try the retailer again before spending more $$. And the retailer backed up their customer service policies and refunded the $$ (28 months after purchase) for the TV because there was no way I was going to be able to be made whole from the warranty. So thanks Bob's TV Service, your integrity and honesty saved me time, trouble and money. I app...
